and Jaymann Loyd

He was preceded in death by his parents--3 Brothers (Harry Loyd, Hank Loyd, and Lewis Loyd) and a Sister-in-law (Nila Loyd).

Robert Clifton Loyd was born on May 21, 1935 at Oelwein, Iowa the son of Arthur and LaVonne (Odel) Loyd. Bob attended school in Oelwein, Waucoma, and a rural school and he finished his education in the 8th grade in Fayette County. He married Sandra "Sandy" May Oakley on March 11, 1959 in Fairbank, Iowa. Sandy will continue to live on the family farm. Bob was a farmer on the family farm. He retired at the age of 62 but still continued to work part time at a number of different positions which included IDOT, Bodensteiner Implement, Farm Sservice, custom bailing and farm help.
