Ladema B. Euchner, 79, of Ida Grove, Iowa, died Tuesday morning, November 27, 2018 at the Willow Dale Wellness Village in Battle Creek, Iowa. Graveside Service: 1:00 P.M. Friday, November 30, 2018 at Taylorsville Cemetery, Arlington, Iowa with Rev. Joshua Schunk officiating. There will be no visitation. Interment: Taylorsville Cemetery, Arlington. Online obituary at www.jamisonschmitzfuneralhome.com Ladema Belle Westendorf was born July 13, 1939 at Oelwein, the daughter of Rudolph William and Pearl Anna (Smith) Westendorf. She graduated from Oelwein High School. On August 25, 1962, she was united in marriage to Norman Eugene Euchner at Hudson, Iowa. Ladema was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed crocheting, spending time with her grandkids and shopping. Ladema is survived by her 2 sons: Michael (Jean) Euchner and Mark (Beth) Euchner all of Ida Grove; 6 grandchildren; a sister: Viola Nabors of Charlotte, North Carolina; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on May 16, 2010; and 3 sisters: Margaret Fleming and Glenola Junge, Viola Nabors.
