Jacqolynn Sue Lowe Obituary (1939

Jacqolynn S. Lowe, 74, of Cedar Rapids, and formerly of Oelwein, Iowa, died Monday, December 16, 2013 at her home. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Inurnment: At a later date in River Falls, Wisconsin. Jacqolynn Sue Roe was born January 19, 1939 in Waterloo, Iowa the daughter of Paul C. and Bessie (Bond) Roe. She graduated from high school in Waterloo. In 1955, she was united in marriage to Lew Morgan Lowe in South Dakota. They later divorced. Jacqolynn was a caretaker and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Oelwein. Jacqolynn is survived by her 4 daughters, Michele (special friend, Dave Ewy) Reinert of Elma, Theresa (Ernest) Mohlis of Waverly, Chris (Paul) Patridge of Maynard and Julia (Michael) Meska of Oelwein; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Pat (Jim) Rolinger of Midwest City, Oklahoma, Valerie Roe of Washington and Andrea Nichols of Arizona; and a brother, Leo (Nancy) Roe. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Cynthia; and a son, Philip.
