Ian Rodenberg Jr., 5, of rural Arlington, Iowa died on Saturday morning, January 1, 2011 at his home as the result of a fire at his home. Funeral Service: 10:30 A.M. Friday, January 7, 2010 at the St. John Lutheran Church, Arlington with Rev. Paul Fohs officiating. Visitation: The family will greet friends and relatives for 2 hours before the service at the church. Interment: Guttenberg Cemetery, Guttenberg, Iowa. He enjoyed playing X-Box, John Deere Power Wheels, playing games, playing outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. Ian is survived by his Parents; Brother: Chris John Rodenberg; Maternal Grandparents: Fred & Charlotte Horstman of Garnavillo; Maternal Great Grandmother: Irene Landis of Arlington; Aunt: Sara Ritter of Missouri; Several Great Aunts & Uncles and Many Cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Gerald & Patricia Rodenberg.
