Emily F. Scheffel, 90, Maynard, Iowa and formerly of West Chicago, Illinois, died Wednesday evening, November 5, 2014 at Maple Crest Manor in Fayette, Iowa. There will be no funeral services. On November 20, 1949, she was united in marriage to Milton Frank Scheffel at Chicago, Illinois. Emily is survived by her son, Richard (Linnae) Scheffel of Maynard; grandson, Robert Scheffel of Maynard; sister, Elsie Scheffel of Berwyn, Illinois; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; granddaughter, Karyn Kathleen Scheffel; and 2 sisters, Blanche Bukovsky and Rose Loukota.
